There's also a strong connection to nature and tradition, with many of the plants and herbs coming from the Amazon rainforest. The people here are incredibly kind, compassionate, and welcoming.

The atmosphere is peaceful, calming, and deeply enjoyable — completely immersed in nature. There is a beautiful waterfall on the property that feels very special and unique; when we visited, we had it all to ourselves, which made it even more magical.

The surroundings are stunning, and the food is prepared with so much care, cleanliness, and love. Everything about this place is designed to support a full reset — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

If you're looking for a place to reconnect, heal, and recharge, this is truly something special.

These guys are so experienced, caring and loving — you can really put your trust in them. Trust is something really important when doing a retreat like this, and it's the only thing in the past that held me back from these kinds of medicines and processes.

The ceremonies are held with deep integrity and respect for the medicine. The team creates such a safe container that feels very supportive and held. It allowed me to go deep in my process and receive a profound level of teachings, healing and transformation that I hadn't experienced with the medicine before.

The chants and music from the Huni Kuin tribe helped me connect with the medicine, and the one-to-one healing and body work during the ceremony was next level. I've been to many centres but never experienced this unique combination of healing modalities. It was seriously next level.

I arrived at Libélula carrying a lot of childhood trauma, shame, and chronic fatigue, along with difficult experiences from different areas of my life. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly held and supported. During my time there, I was able to release a great deal of trauma from both my body and my mind, and work through many layers of blocks and challenges that had been holding me back for a long time.

I am now in a place where I feel strong, empowered, healed, and genuinely excited about the future.

The energy of everyone here matches the energy of the land. Everyone is warm and welcoming, inspiring, heart-centred and a joy to be around.

Making the decision to come here has been one of the most self-affirming, life-affirming, mesmerising and sacred experiences I've ever had. It has been a true honour. I will miss this place but carry a part of it with me, and I'm sure this is the first of many visits to Libélula.

The maloca where we held our ceremonies was breathtaking — a truly sacred, open-air sanctuary that allowed the spirit of the jungle to flow through every moment. Being guided by the indigenous elders was a profound honor; their ancient wisdom, songs, and presence brought a depth and authenticity to the experience that I will carry with me forever.

I also have to mention how incredible I felt physically. World-class bodywork during ceremony. Every meal overflowing with nutrition — vibrant, life-giving food that tasted like it was grown with love (because it was). Swimming in the countless waterfalls.

Beyond the setting and the ceremonies, it was the Libélula team that made the experience what it was. From the moment I arrived, I wasn't just a guest; they made me feel like part of the family. That sense of belonging and safety allowed me to open up in ways I didn't know were possible.
