How fast do you reply?
Usually within a day or two. If you haven't heard from us by then, check your spam folder. Our replies sometimes land there.
Do I have to book a call first?
No. You can email us first. Most people find the call reassuring: together we see which retreat is right for you, with no pressure to book.
Can I come visit first?
We don't take day visits during retreats, so each group keeps its privacy. Between retreats, write to us and we'll see what's possible.
