How fast do you reply?

Usually within a day, occasionally two if we're in ceremony. If it's been longer than that, please check your spam folder — our replies sometimes land there.

Do I have to book a discovery call?

No. You can email first. But most people find the call reassuring — it's where we both figure out if this is the right retreat for you, without any pressure to book.

Can I come visit first?

We don't do day visits during retreats — the container has to stay closed. Between retreats, write to us and we'll see what's possible.
