Libélula is a private rainforest sanctuary in the mountains of Costa Rica's Central Pacific, created for retreat leaders who want their group fully held — and fully alone. When you hire Libélula, you hire all of it: the land, the spaces, the team, and the silence.
The estate sits at around 430 metres in pristine, biodiverse rainforest. More than seven waterfalls and natural swimming holes thread through the property, all fed by Libélula's own spring water. Jungle paths lead to quiet places to sit.
There is no traffic, no crowd, no noise — only the river, the wind in the canopy, and birdsong. Howler monkeys call at dawn; scarlet macaws and hummingbirds move through the trees.
